What do I receive after payment?+
You receive access to a control panel where you can create a device connection, choose a protocol, view a QR code, or download a configuration file. The panel link is sent to the email used at checkout.
Which protocols are supported?+
Two connection methods are currently available: VLESS Reality and AmneziaWG. VLESS Reality runs over TCP and is often more stable on networks where UDP is throttled or unreliable. AmneziaWG is available where a traditional configuration file or QR code is more convenient. Choose the protocol while creating a connection in the panel.
Should I choose VLESS Reality or AmneziaWG?+
For maximum compatibility on networks that may throttle UDP, start with VLESS Reality. It imports through a vless:// link and works with clients such as v2rayN, v2rayNG, Streisand, and NekoRay. Choose AmneziaWG if you prefer a configuration file or QR code and UDP works reliably on your network.
Which devices are supported?+
Connections are supported on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. VLESS Reality requires a client that supports Reality and vless:// links. AmneziaWG requires a client that supports AmneziaWG configurations. Application links are available in the control panel.
How many devices can I connect?+
The device allowance depends on the plan. One connection is one separate peer in the panel. For example, you can create separate connections for a phone, laptop, and router if your plan permits it.
Which countries are available?+
Netherlands` and Germany`s locations are currently available. More countries will be added gradually. We do not advertise dozens of cosmetic locations: fewer reliable servers make speed and support more predictable.
Is traffic limited?+
ruVPN plans include unlimited traffic. Only speed and device count vary by plan.
How does payment work?+
Pay by card or cryptocurrency. The subscription is created automatically after payment and its management link is emailed to you.
What if the email does not arrive?+
Check Spam, Promotions, and newsletters first. If the message has not arrived after a few minutes, contact support: support@ruvpn.io. Include the email address used for the subscription.
Can I request a refund if the service is unsuitable?+
For your first use of the service, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of payment. Refunds are not available after that period. If you have previously used ruVPN without reporting issues, the three-day rule does not apply and the request is reviewed individually by the provider.
Is this legal?+
A VPN is a tool for connection security and online privacy. Users are responsible for how they use the service and for complying with the rules that apply to them and the services they access.
